I feel like every one of my posts recently starts with how I’ve not done a challenge in ages
Well, here’s another one to add to the pile!
This time I really do have a legit excuse though. I won’t bore you with the details, but I had one of those “life” issues that meant I couldn’t do the gamer challenge.
Gutted.
Anywayyyy I’m back with a NEW challenge! This one has been suggested by quite a few people so I thought I may as well give it a go..
I guess the title kinda gives it away, but for contents sake, this week I’m going to go vegan!
Do I think this will be an easy challenge?
Well, I did. Until I went food shopping, only to discover that vegans literally can’t eat anything.
I’ve been doing carb cycling for a few months, so I’m currently used to limited carbs, lots of MEAT, a shit ton of eggs, and high fat foods.
It turns out, vegans can only eat carbs, fruit and veg – so I think I might struggle.
I mean, where do they get their protein from? I really want to know.
After spending a good 40 minutes googling: “Can vegans eat..”, I decided to just buy anything that had vegan written on the label.
So I came home with this:
Errr, how does one store tofu?
Anyway, I’m excited to finally get my ass back into a challenge…
